In the making of an expert

“Be a lifelong student” .. Most of our definition to an “EXPERT” revolves around “The ability to possess a special skill” or “Knowledge of a certain subject” , however if possessing just the knowledge would yield abundant success , don’t you think many of us already possess that knowledge of the concept , however have not made it to our destiny.

What is the beyond knowledge factor required in “The making of MAESTRO” ?

It’s fun to know where it all started with . I’ve been stubborn since my childhood, may it be a toffee or a toy. My All time hero “My dad” would never say a NO…😀. I know many of us are able to relate to this , but I bet that , this nature of ours was first framed in our mind and then put into action. When we learned that being stubborn was an easier way to get our things done , we’ve been smart enough to play it in places where we need what we desire for. I’m yet in a dilemma if this has been a boon or a bane. If this stubbornness practiced positively may take a person above his/her current approach to life , may be of use to complete a time bound task , for the accomplishment of goal , however if practiced the other way round may turn harmful.

Assume , our parents denied fulfilling our wants , I would want to emphasize that the denial is of the wants and not the needs 😀 , in which case we drop the plan of being adamant and slightly route our strategies in a different way. The very first day , we may stop speaking , the next day sacrifice a tea time snack , and continue to display our disapproval of our parents action. This builds from within and grows to be an unwanted habit — ANGER.

“ANGER is one letter short of DANGER”

I’m cent percent sure that all of us are easily able to relate to these instances.

PRACTICE MAKES MAN PERFECT .. !! Ok ladies 😉, it makes WOMAN also PERFECT .. !!

“We become expert in what we practice.”

Practice agony, anger , depression , fear , insecurity , anxiety , negative emotions , overthinking , rage …. Give it a few days and analyze your behavior. In all of these emotions , you would surely rank one level higher compared to the prior week.

On the positive front , practice love , peace , happiness , letting go off your ego , blissfulness, satisfaction, gratitude , hope … I’m not claiming that on practicing these positive habits and making positive affirmations, our lives would be “The bed of Roses” , however any crucial or challenging situation our way can be handled with calmness and above all consciously.

Practice wisely , because what you practice is what you become. As seen , the stubbornness in us is rooted through certain actions of our childhood , the anger in us is the outcome of a situation , however practicing the anger has been our choice and has taken control over us. We become so good , so good in what we practice that we’ve become so restless on building temper , on practicing to complain , we’ve become such an expert that we find fault in every word the opposite person utters or in every situation that a lay man is unable to identify.

Do not believe until tried and tested is what I always insist my readers .. 😀 . Thus , put into practice an action or an attitude that you would want to build so that you get to analyze your own traits. If at all , you start observing differences , this may be your first step towards cultivating those positive attitudes or those actions in every trivial situation on a day to day basis , experience the control you possess and just feel the way your approach towards life changing.
